Welcome to Highland Learning Center in Ridgeland, MS. We offer Full Time Daycare and an Afterschool Care Program for school-aged children. All programs are licensed by the Mississippi State Department of Health and serve the Ridgeland, Madison and the surrounding cities. Contact Us for a TourI currently have kids in the infant class, 4-yo class, and afterschool program. We are extremely satisfied with each. I work next door and they allow me to come by multiple times a day to bring my 8-week-old bottles or breastfeed. I love the caregivers in his class. The feeding/sleeping/voiding sheet they fill out every day helps me keep him on schedule. I told them things that he enjoys doing, and I see them make an effort to accommodate that (on the cameras).Our 4-year-old enjoys going to school. They really have fun with celebrating special occasions and holidays. They do lots of crafts, and I think she will be prepared for Kindergarten. My 8-year-old has so much fun at the afterschool and summer program. During the summer, they go on TONS of field trips. If it's not field trips, they do special activities outside (water slides/snowballs). On Wednesdays, she "stays over" for Wednesday night church. We have had a great experience thus far. The director is very accessible. Both Kandi and Amanda feel like family. We love Highland.

Forever thankful for the staff at Highland! After an unfortunate event at our previous daycare, Highland welcomed my boys with open arms. Each of the staff members are so kind and feel like family! Kandi goes over and above to plan fun, learning experiences for the kids on a regular basis. My boys are thriving there and look forward to going each day. It's hard finding a place you trust to teach and take care of your kids, but I don't ever question the quality of care they receive here. And hearing their sweet bible stories and songs on the way home is a pretty cute plus!!

Life kids was truly a God send for our family. Our little guy and sweet foster baby was well taking care of. Everyone went above and beyond while they attended there. We adopted our little guy and he had behavior issues that greatly improved while he was attending. The fun structured environment was great for him. He covered his face and was overwhelmed at his Thanksgiving program but by the end of the year graduation program sang a solo and participated in all the songs. He made tremendous progress! I thank the life kids staff for being loving and patient with him!

Shawn and I had been on the wait list 6 months before for a very PRESTIGIOUS center and were so excited to find out we had gotten in. Except when Penelope started, she kicked and screamed every single day. WOW! What a difference with Highland! We enrolled Penelope a week or so into Highland after stopping going to our church daycare. Kandy and Katie are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Penelope is now three years old! We absolutely LOVE this child care center. Penelope wakes up every day asking if she can go to "school" today. If you are hesitant at all about making this choice, don't be!
